I've recently been watching Desperate Housewives. Sometimes I feel sorry for Bree's believe in George's words. That dirty man has been telling lies and using all means to date Bree. One of the hardest thing in the world is to tell people. People risk their trust and if they are lucky enough they can be rewarded the same way. If not, they lose all they stake on. Pity that, isn't it?
Mary Alice: Trust is a fragile thing. Once earned, it offers us tremendous freedom. But once trust is lost, it can be impossible to recover. Of course the truth is, we never know who we can trust. Those we're closest to can betray us, and total strangers can come to our rescue. In the end, most people decide to trust only themselves. It really is the simplest way to keep from getting burned.
